AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

We ship with Australia Post, with standard delivery ( 4-10 days ) and express service ( 1-4 days ). We offer Australia wide flat rate shipping options based on the weight of your order. The shipping options are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase.

NEW ZEALAND

We ship with Australia Post/NZ Post & offer standard shipping with tracking ( 5-10 bus. days ) and express service with tracking ( 3-4 bus. days ). We offer flat rate shipping options based on the weight of your order.  The shipping options are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase.  

REST OF THE WORLD

We offer flat rate shipping options based on the weight of your order. The shipping options are calculated automatically when you finalise your purchase. 

We offer standard tracked shipping with Australia Post and your local carrier, which typically arrives within 5-15 business days, depending upon the destination and customs processing. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We’ve worked really hard to provide clear descriptions of colours, but appreciate colours can vary on individual computers. However, we want you to love your Tatlock Yarns purchase, so if something isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order - items returned outside of this period may not be accepted. 
 
We have the following options available:

Full-priced items can be returned for an online credit (valid 3 years) or a full refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional can be returned for an online credit (valid for 3 years) to the value of the items returned at the time purchased, excluding any shipping costs.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition with all original packaging and labels/tags attached. Refunds or online credits are not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
